What
is loop?

Pending Ticket

Input ≠ output, so the process stays open. Your brain keeps the “ticket” active, waiting for resolution. Until it’s closed, it consumes mental bandwidth, like an app stuck on “loading.”

Emotional Lag

Delayed reaction, caused by not reacting earlier.
The feeling comes too late, often after the moment is gone — leaving you replaying the scene in your head and wishing you had responded differently.

Lack of Closure

You get an answer but no clear “end” signal. In a good environment this can act as healthy intuition; under overstimulation it turns into an annoying inner voice pushing you to keep digging.

Overprocessing

The brain keeps over-analyzing, trying to generate the missing output by itself. For example, when someone tries to cheat you or gives half-truths, your brain builds a Sherlock-Holmes wall of clues — reconstructing timelines, words, details until it feels safe.

Redundancy

The same topic comes back in circles (“are you sure…?”).
Your brain replays the loop, not because it needs new data, but because it didn’t get the final closure. The question keeps echoing until something shuts it down.

Loop isn’t chaos. It’s just unfinished math. NeuroDecode closes it.

“Happiness comes from solving problems.
It is an activity, not a state.”

— Mark Manson

At NeuroDecode™ happiness isn’t the absence of loops, but the power to close them.
